Our company doesn't take any responsibility if you willingly make a payment for an airline ticket, hotel, a rental car or a vacation package, and later on decide to cancel. Purchases are final. We are not obligated in any way if customers take a loss due to change of mind. Certain issues may occur during the booking services, which include but are not limited to system slow down, error bookings, flights not found, system failure or system inaccessibility. Third parties may affect the booking services through the booking engine, including but not limited to: system timeouts, taxes not found, connectivity breakdowns, system outages, system overloads resulting in delays, seats being sold out prior to the completion of the bookings, or obsolete browser technology used by customers. Our company is not responsible if this occurs. You can send us an email, if you are experiencing one of those situations, and we will try to help resolve the matter, if we can. Please check your tickets and inform us or the airline for any mistakes within 24 hours of issue. Call at least 3 business days prior to departure to check for schedule changes. We are not responsible for any flight changes or cancellations. Flight times are subject to change. Please check in three hours prior to departure at the airport. It is the passenger's responsibility to obtain visa and passport requirements. Some tickets already issued are subject to penalties. Please check with airline companies as some tickets may not be refundable, reroutable, and even not changeable. We are not responsible for lost tickets. Please confirm with airlines their new restrictions for the luggage allowаnce. Some hotel reservations, if not cancelled at least 2 days or more prior to check in, may be subject to penalties. Check with the hotel for more information.
Vacation BG is a participant in the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund in California. Seller of Travel CTS 2103591-40. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, where the passenger is not at fault and has not canceled in violation of any terms and conditions previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed and agreed to by the passenger, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not provided will be promptly paid to the passenger, unless the passenger advises the seller of travel in writing, after cancellation. This provision does not apply where the seller of travel has remitted the payment to another registered wholesale seller of travel or a carrier, without obtaining a refund, and where the wholesaler or provider defaults in providing the agreed-upon transportation or service. In this situation, the seller of travel must provide the passenger with a written statement accompanied by bank records establishing the disbursement of the payment, and if disbursed to a wholesale seller of travel, proof of current registration of that wholesaler. Passengers purchasing from within of California: This transaction is covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF) if the seller of travel was registered and participating in the TCRF at the time of sale and the passenger is located in California at the time of payment. Passengers purchasing from outside of California: This transaction is not covered by the California Travel Consumer Restitution Fund.
